Ticketing system for Tajikistan

Building a modern ticketing system for Tajikistan

ShowGo.tj is moving ticket sales online: a guest books a seat in a couple of minutes, an organiser runs the box office and the door in one window, and the country's e-ticket market grows along with us.

A concert stage: lighting, a large screen, a full house and an e-ticket on a phone

Tickets online

Choosing a seat, paying and receiving an e-ticket all happen on the site and in the app — with no queue at the box office.

A clear listing

The event page says it plainly: who performs, where and when it happens, what the ticket includes.

Beside the organiser

We take on the technical side: sales setup, the seating plan, ticket checks and reporting.

One country, one standard

Wherever the event takes place — in Dushanbe or in another city of the republic — the rules of work and the level of support stay the same.

Services

The parts the service is made of

Six areas around which we build our work with concerts, shows and festivals in Tajikistan.

E-ticket

The guest picks a seat, pays and gets the ticket on their phone right away.

QR entry

The scanner at the door redeems the ticket and shows the whole team a single attendance status.

Reporting

Sales, channels and how the hall is filling up come together in one clear report.

A place in the listings

The event goes into the shared listings and into the service's selections and information materials.

Working with partners

We help partner projects through the organisational stages and stay in touch the whole way.

Venue profiles

Seating plans, entry zones and conditions are saved and reused from one event to the next.

Step by step

From the organiser's enquiry to the guest in the hall

On ShowGo.tj the path of any event fits into four steps.

  1. 01

    The organiser brings a project

The event team describes the programme, the venue and the conditions of entry.

  2. 02

    The audience sees the event

The listings show the event to people looking for concerts and shows in their own city.

  3. 03

    The ticket is booked online

A few minutes to pick a seat and pay — and the ticket is already on the phone.

  4. 04

    The night of the event

The scanner at the door marks the ticket, and the organiser knows the head count at any moment.

Mobile app

App for audiences

A phone instead of a paper ticket

The ShowGo.tj app holds both the listings and the tickets you have bought: picking an event, booking a seat and opening the ticket at the door all happen without leaving it.

  • Find eventsThe listings open at any moment — on the way, on a break, at home.
  • Read about the eventThe programme, the venue and the conditions of entry are all on the event page.
  • Pick a dateWhen a concert or a play runs more than once, the day is chosen right in the listings.
  • Get the ticket at onceAfter payment the e-ticket appears in the app.
  • Keep tickets togetherAll tickets sit in one section — no need to hunt through chats for them.
  • Walk into the venueThe ticket is shown straight from the screen — no printout needed.

The App Store and Google Play addresses will appear in this block as soon as we have confirmed them.

Scanner app

A tool for the entrance

The second app — for the door staff

This is the second ShowGo.tj app, and it is not for audiences. Venue or organiser staff install it to check e-tickets at the door.

  • Reading the QR codeThe code on the visitor's phone is marked in the system.
  • A clear resultThe outcome of the check appears on screen the moment the code is read.
  • A steady flow at the doorOne shared checking routine keeps the queue short.
  • For the working team onlyScanner access goes to the staff of that particular event.

Venues

The halls and stages the service is tuned for

Ticket sales, the seating plan and door control are built both for a large arena in the capital and for a city stage in the regions: the routine is the same, only the scale changes.

A large concert arena: a stage with a screen, lighting trusses, side screens and full stands
  • Venues that seat thousands

Arenas and open-air stages where thousands of guests arrive at once.

  • Repertory stages

Theatres and concert halls with numbered seating and a regular programme.

  • Sports halls

Matches and show programmes in complexes with several entrance zones.

  • Festival grounds

Multi-day formats where the entrance works throughout the event.

  • Business venues

Exhibitions, forums and conferences with several halls and sessions.

  • Small stages

Clubs, cultural centres and city venues with intimate programmes.

Exactly who works with us and on which projects is something we share only with our partners' permission. Write to us if you would like to connect your own hall.

Integrations

The gateway that lets systems talk

ShowGo.tj has its own integration gateway. It works as a shared point of contact: the platform's ticketing side and partner systems exchange data through it, instead of arranging a separate connection with each other.

  • Data exchangeShowGo.tj and the partner system pass each other the information they need.
  • Connecting servicesA partner product joins the platform through the gateway.
  • Events and ticketsListing and ticket information travels in both directions.
  • Different scenariosThe gateway is designed for more than one way of working together.
  • One point of entryAll connections run through a single shared channel.

Open API

Open API: data without manual work

The Open API is for cases where a partner service has to work with the platform programmatically: pull the listings, verify tickets and refresh data without manual exports.

  • Event dataThe partner service pulls the listings from the platform.
  • Updates on their ownChanges come through without being moved by hand.
  • The ticketing sideThe integration is built around the ticketing infrastructure.
  • Third-party platformsAn outside service becomes part of the shared routine.
  • Regular exchangeSet up once, and it runs by itself after that.

Which methods and access terms apply depends on what exactly you are connecting. Write to us and we will send the current documentation.

Answers

Questions and answers

Short answers about the service and about how to start working with us.

Ask about your case

This is the information section of the ShowGo.tj ticketing service: it explains how the platform is built in Tajikistan and on what terms we work with organisers. Tickets are sold at showgo.tj.

For audiences looking for concerts and shows, and for organisers, venues and partners who need a working tool for selling tickets.

Fill in the form in the “For organisers” section and describe the project briefly. The enquiry lands straight in our working chat — we usually reply the same working day.

Yes, that is exactly what the platform is for. We send the material requirements and the listing terms in reply to your enquiry.

We work across Tajikistan: Dushanbe and other cities of the country. The list grows as new events launch.

Let's put your event together

Write to us about the project — we will pick the platform tools and discuss how ticket sales will be set up.
