1. What data we collect

ShowGo.tj processes only the data required to sell tickets and run the service:

• contact details you provide yourself: first name, last name, phone number, email address;
• order data: the events and sessions selected, the number and categories of tickets, purchase and refund history;
• technical data sent by your browser or app: IP address, device and browser type, interface language, date and time of the request, the pages you viewed;
• cookies and session identifiers required for sign-in, the shopping cart and the collection of anonymised visit statistics.

ShowGo.tj does not store full bank card details. Payment is processed on the side of payment systems and acquiring banks: card details are entered on the payment provider's secure page and are not passed to showgo.tj.

2. Purposes of data processing

• issuing, paying for and delivering electronic tickets;
• identifying the user in their personal account and restoring access to it;
• informing you about the order status and about a change, postponement or cancellation of an event;
• handling support requests and refund applications;
• meeting the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan, including tax and accounting rules;
• improving the website and analysing anonymised visit statistics;
• sending news and event updates — only with your separate consent to subscribe.

3. Sharing data with third parties

ShowGo.tj does not sell or pass personal data to third parties, except where this is necessary to fulfil an order or required by law. Data may be shared with:

• event organisers — to the extent needed for admission to the event and ticket verification;
• payment systems and banks — to process payments and refunds;
• telecom operators and mail services — to deliver the ticket and order notifications;
• the web analytics services Yandex Metrica (Yandex LLC) and Google Analytics (Google LLC) — limited to anonymised technical data about the visit, without a name, phone number or email address;
• state authorities of the Republic of Tajikistan — upon a reasoned request in the manner prescribed by law.

4. Data storage and protection

Personal data is kept no longer than the purposes of processing and the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan require. Data transfer between your device and the website is protected by encryption, and inside the company access to the data is granted only to the employees who need it to do their job. ShowGo.tj takes the necessary legal, organisational and technical measures to protect data against unlawful access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.

5. Cookies

The website uses cookies to remember the selected language, keep the contents of the cart, maintain your sign-in session and collect anonymised visit statistics. You can block cookies in your browser settings, but in that case some website features — including placing an order and signing in to your personal account — may not work correctly.

Visit statistics are collected by the Yandex Metrica (Yandex LLC) and Google Analytics (Google LLC) counters. They receive anonymised data: the addresses of the pages viewed, the referral source, the device and browser type, the approximate location by IP address, and on-page actions — scrolling, clicks and form field entry — which Yandex Metrica records with its Webvisor technology. Recording of form field contents is disabled in the Webvisor settings: the name, phone number and email address you enter do not appear in such a recording.

You can opt out of statistics collection without changing your browser settings: for Yandex Metrica by installing the Yandex Metrica opt-out blocker, and for Google Analytics the official Google add-on.

6. User rights

• obtain information about which of your data is processed and for what purpose;
• request that inaccurate data be clarified or corrected;
• withdraw your consent to data processing and request deletion, where retention is not required by law;
• unsubscribe from mailings using the link in the email or by contacting support.

To exercise any of these rights, contact support on the showgo.tj website. A reply will be sent within the time limits set by the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan.

7. Changes to the Policy

ShowGo.tj may amend this Policy. The current version is always available on this page. By continuing to use the website after changes are published, you accept the updated version of the Policy. This Policy applies together with the public offer and the website terms of use.
